Top Of The Line Alchemy

Alchemical movement is about generating energy-powered pictures of reality that change our relationships with life at a cellular level, and in a totally life-enhancing way.

It requires us to let go of our identity (of who we think we are and what we believe to be true about our lives) so that we can embody limitless energy. In a space of crystal clarity, and with an understanding of what can be lived, we can source a collective reality in which we all live with impeccable resonance.

We recently interviewed regular contributor Michael Desveaux of Transformation2012 about his site and his products, and about the intriguing topic of 2012. He has some very interesting insights and visions of the world up to and beyond 2012. We hope you enjoy the interview.

ResNet: Hi Michael, and thanks for agreeing to do this interview for Resonant Networks. Let me start by asking why you chose the name "Transformation 2012"?

MD: I basically chose Transformation 2012, due to a feeling, a knowing or intuition that I had about the upcoming precarious date of December 21 2012.

Obviously, the word 'Transformation' has a positive aspect to it, not a negative connotation as pointed out by the movie industry and some others, so-called 'experts'.

ResNet: If you were asked to do a quick 20 second summary of your business, what would that be?

(Right) The first issue of New Dawn, No. 30, to hit newsagencies in 1995.

The origins and influences for a publication as rich and manifold as New Dawn are difficult to trace in any simplistic way, particularly for someone who has come to write for it comparatively late in its development, but all the same a few things can be said.

There has always been a market for publications that cater to the human need to explore the unknown and reach beyond the categories of conventional knowledge and experience. The Theosophist, founded by the noted occultist H.P. Blavatsky in 1879 and dedicated to exploring a wide range of esoteric traditions, is an example from the nineteenth century. In London in 1887, Blavatsky, with fellow Theosophist Mabel

During my training seminars the theme of how to fix workplace problems arises frequently.  We tend to be fixers in our culture and, from an early age, we are taught to confront any problem with an immediate fix.  This greatly affects how we deal with challenges in our workplaces.  If a colleague asks us for help or just wants us to listen to him or her we often jump to an unsolicited fix.  When employees talk with us about our behavior we frequently react by looking for a fix rather than learning more about ourselves.

We do a whole lot of fixing and not as much thinking and reflecting.  This leads to an approach to workplace interactions where everyone reacts to everything rather than pausing a bit and doing some thoughtful planning beforehand.

While I like resolving issues as much as the next person it’s also important to devote some attention and importance to just working on things without fixing them immediately.  The next time someone comes to you with a problem in your workplace, consider the following possibilities:

1.  Listen without interrupting or offering advice.

2.  Give yourself permission not to fix anything.
