Resonant Networks

No matter which side of the fence you sit on in the Great Global Warming debate, the real story which should be of intense concern to people is the apparent scientific recklessness with which such a serious and far-reaching topic has been handled. It deserves better respect than has to date been afforded it.

Just before the Copenhagen Summit in November 2009, a person, or persons unknown leaked a series of emails which appeared to show a jaw-dropping lack of scientific protocol and a high degree of empire building being conducted by the main climate scientists at the University of East Anglia, the major center for climate research, arguably in the world. The leaked emails were never denied as hoaxes, instead they were referred to by their authors as being 'out of context'. For all intents and purposes, the authors thereby themselves verified the emails as being genuine, albeit selectively released.

My name is Jens and I've just stumbled on this site. Thought I might introduce myself as I've just registered with Resonant Networks. What a wonderful concept!

My interests are wide and varied, the kookier the better. I've always wanted to start my own blog, but could never get excited about publishing with no-one getting to see what I write. That's why this site is such a great idea. I like the concept of a "community of like-minded yet diversely skilled people" getting together and working together. I certainly want to be a part of that.

Thanks for taking the time to read my first entry. I look forward to your comments and also reading other people's articles as well.

An interesting conversation recently with my favourite Life Coach and general all-round-confidante was about getting to where you want to be. As a subject close to my heart, it was an entertaining evening and one from which I came out with one very practical gem.

On the subject of her increasingly full appointment book, I asked her what she was doing to increase her business. I expected the usual about advertising, word of mouth etc., but instead she said " I've been calling in my 'Resonant Others' ". Of course, this intrigued me no end.

She explained to me that, for a little while now, she had started off the morning by imagining a call going out to all people, unlimited in its reach, letting those who resonated with her message know that she was there. She literally called them to her!

Now I was impressed. Not as impressed, however, as when I asked how long she had been at this particular exercise. Personally I was thinking six, maybe twelve months of dedicated prolonged meditation.

"Nope," she said, "about a month, maybe. I just Zing it up when I'm under the shower. They know who they are." It doesn't have to be hard - I don't do 'hard' any more"

Fellow Resonators!

 A "Perfect Storm" of disaster is hitting the U.S.A. I sit long hours literarily cheering some and battling others. A monstrous Oil Spill threatens vital WildLife Breeding Areas. My natal hometown of Nashville Tennessee has had a flood that soaked the Grand Old Opera. An incompetent would-be-bomber tried to kill Saturday Night Theatre Goers in NYCs Times Square. In my current state, fear mongers are trying to blame a drug war on the hard woking Mexican People that have been allowed to work here for years.

I should be HORRIFIED. Why am I not? EVERY DARK CLOUD it is said HAS A SILVER  LINING. Consciousness, Care, Love of HUMANITY, RENEWED ACTiVISM and interest in the Environment is what these wake up calls reap. 

Well, exciting news!  As of today (5 April 2010), the search term "Resonant Networks" returns as its result the site www.ResonantNetworks.net .... wait for it....

• RANKED FIRST entry placement on Bing

In fact - Google has already started auto-completing on the name as you type it in!

For a website that has been going only since November 2009 - a measly six months, that is truly an amazing result!

So - what gets Resonant Networks on such a chummy footing with all these giant search engines?
Answer: BUZZZ!

Now, just to top it all off, I've just gone through an SEO (Search Engine Optimistation) exercise at the beginning of the month to let the rest of the search world know about Resonant Networks. Watch this space - we're set to Rock the World!
