Now that 2011 is coming into completion, it is important to reflect on the lessons you've learned and the insights you've gained. It is also important to recall positive aspects of 2011 and cultivate appreciation for those positive aspects you have experienced. Next, quiet your mind and your heart by taking a few deep breaths in through your nose and mouth and ask yourself who you want to be, what you want to do and what you to have (or experience) in your life, in your individual reality. Visualize and feel like you already have them.

Many mornings in Mount Shasta I would awake to watching the first rays of sun pop over the top of the holy mountain. Beautiful colors of red & yellow would blend perfectly against the morning light blue sky. As I would meditate on the sun raising above the mountain I would commonly see rings of pure white energy circulating the Earth, almost like the rings of Saturn. Up until now I have been perplexed in their meaning and purpose.
